In a small building of 3 apartments, we offer for rent a nice 3-room apartment, recently refurbished, and tastefully furnished: modern and soothing colors blend with a decoration subtly reminiscent of the seaside. In the heart of the city but quiet, and close to the beach, you will have 44m² of 2 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 5 people. it's a place where you feel good: functional and spacious apartment, pleasant and comfortable; Its location and layout are its major assets;
You will find inside our apartment all the modern comfort of today's accommodation:
- the fully equipped American kitchen also has a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer
- the large living room has a dining area for 5 people, and a living room with sofa convertible into a bed for 2 people
- the master bedroom has its double bed, while the second bedroom accommodates a second sofa bed
With family or friends, the location of the apartment, in the hypercentre of the city of Dinard, will allow you to do everything on foot, whether it be to local shops, the market, the casino and restaurants, or to stroll by the sea on the Moonlight promenade which is only 100 m away or take the boat shuttles to get to St Malo or Cézembre.
The apartment also has wifi.

Endroit sympa en dinard pour les commerces et les plages . Quelques difficultés pour se garer tout près mais c est le centre ville😀,

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement!
Idéalement situé (en plein centre ville, proximité de tous les commerces, marché, et plage de l'écluse) et pourtant très au calme.
L'appartement est parfaitement équipé et confortable. Nous étions avec nos enfants de 9, 12 et 14 ans. A mon sens ne convient pas pour famille avec enfants en bas âge (l'accès à l'appartement se fait par un grand escalier sans dégagement pour ranger une poussette).
