Excellent location in zone 1, next to the main London attractions and good transport connections. Quiet neighbourhood, good selection of restaurants, cafes and small shops nearby. The flat itself is suitable for groups/families who are looking to stay together and benefit from a common room. The hot water supply stopped at one point, but was fixed quickly.
The booking suggested the place for 8 adults, but the place is really meant for 6. The upstairs bedroom only had a matress, no bedding or pillows or towels. There are three full bathrooms and 1 toilet dowstairs, quite newly renovated, but the shower in the bathroom upstairs did not work properly. Gas burner stopped working at some point, dishwasher was returning errors, we did highlight this to the staff, but they only reacted when they came at check out. Clogged sink in one of the bathrooms. Overall, the place would benefit from a good cleaning including the greasy kitchen and carpets that have seen better times.
