This timber-clad chalet is positioned close to the village of Greetham in Rutland, and can sleep two people in one bedroom.
Beech Lodge is a beautifully appointed chalet situated near Greetham village in the county of Rutland. It boasts one king-size double bedroom with a freestanding bath and en-suite walk-in shower room with Sauna, sleeping two people. There is also an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, and to the outside is off-road parking for one car and an enclosed garden with a hot tub, patio furniture, BBQ and sun loungers. On-site is also a shared, indoor heated swimming pool to which you have access. Beech Lodge is just what you are looking for in a quality retreat.
Amenities: Underfloor heating. Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, stand-alone freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, DVD player, radio, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking available. Enclosed garden with hot tub, outdoor furniture, BBQ and sun loungers. Shared, indoor heated swimming pool. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 min walk.. Note: This lodges is on one level with a instep in each door way of 3.5 cm, ramps are available upon request. No stag/hen or similar. Please Note: This owner cannot accept a Saturday and Sunday check in at the property. The shared swimming pool can be booked for private use a week in advance for half an hour slots ( per property ) , subject to availability, the first half hour is free, and additional half hour slots are charged at £16 for the use of the pool
