After the huge success of my first holiday home, Honeysuckle House, I’m delighted to share this lovingly styled two-bedroom terraced cottage – perfect for a restful stay and just a 10-minute walk to Oakham Train Station and the bustling high street.

Two sumptuous bedrooms:
One with a super king (6ft) bed
One compact room with a king (5ft) bed
(Note: no space to walk around the foot of the bed, but you'll sleep like royalty!)
Quality mattresses and cosy linens for a great night's rest – because your comfort matters

A private courtyard and intimate garden space – ideal for morning coffee or evening wine. A secure shed for bike storage, perfect for cyclists exploring Rutland Water or countryside trails

Additional downstairs toilet and basin,  On-street parking available – usually right outside or at the top of Kings Road

Brilliant stayover for a few days getaway/change of scene; we live in countryside so staying in a town where plenty of things are within a walk made a great change for us.

A great short break at this property. The house was perfect for our party of two adults and our 11 year old. Whilst the living room was small there are two sofas and large tv and the kitchen/dining area was far larger than the photos suggested! The biggest and most comfortable beds made for a great nights sleep. Parking was always easy outside the property. Very handy Co-op across the road and some lovely gifts left by the hosts. Thanks for a great stay.

A perfect holiday cottage for us, very clean and comfortable. Lots of homely touches, comfy bed. A cosy nook describes it perfectly.
