Great location at Campo Sant’Angelo—just a 4' walk from the Sant’Angelo vaporetto stop and about 10' from Piazza San Marco. The hotel is set in a historic palazzo overlooking a canal, with a lovely patio and beautiful Venetian décor. Amazing breakfast with a wide variety for all tastes, including fresh eggs, Venetian specialties, and fresh pastries. Special thanks to Carlomagno from the breakfast team—his exceptional brio and positive energy made the start of our days truly special. Extremely attentive, he provided top‑tier service and always made us smile. We had a wonderful stay!

Naeem in the lounge bar was excellent in his service and would be an invaluable employee at any hotel. The Manager tried to accommodate our problems with the allocated room and was very helpful.
The room we were allocated was claustrophobic, extremely low beams, no where to put non hanging items. I don't expect to literally live out of my suitcase when I go away. The room was extremely hot ( March) and l no way to turn the heating off or down. View from the small window - on to a wall. Our friends also had the same problem with their room nextdoor. However, the Manager changed our rooms; our friends were happy with their new room, we felt ours was better than the previous but still extremely small for the price paid. Breakfast options are good, as are the bar prices.
