Excellent location, authentic and charming building and rooms, beautiful view from the room with a balcony. Felt like the perfect place to stay in Venice!
The water pressure and temperature in the bathroom was very strange. The water temperature in the shower changes every 32 seconds to scorching hot, then cold then back to warm and repeats. The tap in the sink changes temperatures from hot to cold constantly.
Quite a bit of noise from the water (the opposite side is a loading dock so one morning it was quite noisy very early). But this is probably just part of the charm being in Venice.

Beautiful stay in a nice quiet spot of Venice whilst not being too far from the centre. Great shower, comfy bed. Clean room. Very good.
Every though the room was lovely, I think the price is perhaps a little steep but as I found out during my stay in Venice…. Everything’s expensive anyway.

Very good location in the center of Venice. Nice view on the balcony. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Chiara is very responsive, and because we had a later check-in, she gave a very clear instruction how we can access the room.
We wish the hot water temperature could be a bit more stable during shower.
The curtains are very decorative yet could not fully block the light from outside.
