The Norseman staff were incredibly accommodating and we appreciate it. Our airline lost a bag and amidst operating a bar and restaurant they took the time to make sure our bag was stored away for us. The manager was incredibly helpful. It is a pub in the Temple district so be prepared for noise, but the central location was great and the noise was fine. A very short walk to a ton of pubs, as well as being a great pub in it's own right.
I only knocked the facilities slightly on my rating due to the shower being too hot. The staff was able to sort of fix it though, so no big deal.

Loved the location, and it was very clean
Although we loved the location, it was loud. But.. that’s what you get for going to bed early in the Temple Bar district!

The beds were really comfortable. The location was very central and easy to get to other places around the city.
The facilities were really unacceptable for the price. There was one plug and that was broken ( pic below) so really unsafe to use. Ceiling in the bathroom was peeling off. The flush of the toilet didn't always flush 😆 there wasn't a single mirror in the room. Finally it was really noisy and I understand why but it would appreciate if it was mentioned in the hotel description to take into account. I would say this was an inn not a hotel.
