The staff in restaurant were too busy chatting to notice we were waiting 40 mins for our food when they told us our food would be with us in 5 mins Not very professional as we were very tired & hungry after our journey and we just needed to shower & sleep but all that went unnoticed as they continued to chat , they did apologise but it meant nothing as we were too tired to even eat the food in the end

Great location and size of room. Dinner at the restaurant was decent. Breakfast was good. I would have liked vegetarian sausages listed on the menu, but when requested I was told it would take 15 minutes. I thought this was a bit lazy.
The window blinds did not block the light. The BBC channel was not tuned properly. Poor instant coffee in the room. The cost of the hotel led me to think that it would be better quality than an equivalent chain such as Premier Inn.
