A lovely hotel with friendly, unpretentious people who love their jobs. Happiness is contagious. It was the most hassle-free and efficient hotel I've stayed at for a business trip. Thank you for your hospitality and cooperation.

The breakfast was excellent.
My room was on the last floor (8th one), which is very noisy, due to some engines/ventilators they apparently have on the roof. The noise was across the floor and during the entire night.

The staff were friendly. The location was great for my needs (dinner and offices). The bed was comfy and the room was large with space for luggage.
The bathroom could do with an update. The shower was in the middle of the bath, which was odd.
The lift only worked if you pressed to go down - there wasn't a sign up for this.
