Ideal location.
The staff were very helpful.
On site parking was easy and the bays roomy.
As with any older major city location hotels they always seem a bit dated.

Awesome city hotel, very professional and nice sauna/spa area! Very comfortable, esp. the bath tub!
Only slower wifi included, fast enough for us, but fast internet costs extra.

The location was excellent, just a short stroll to the Grand Place. Easy to park our car in the underground garage of the hotel when we arrived and collect when we left.
My husband had been struggling with his mobility and couldn't use the shower over the bath, but the staff were quick to move us without fuss to a lovely alternative room. We really appreciated this.
Unfortunately, the walk-in shower had a 1cm gap on either side of the door, which meant the floor got soaked as the shower was lovely and powerful.

The room is clean and has basic
The room size is smaller than expected.
Maybe the bathroom size occupied too much so squeezed the actual room size.
I been assigned to a room 104 which has very bad WiFi connection, struggle to connect (tried with 2 iPhones and 1 iPad) and stayed 1 night without solution for WiFi and then when I asked for room change, a guy in the reception area even said: ‘u can’t live for night without internet ?’ For him maybe it’s a joke but sorry, it’s not sth acceptable for me! And he failed to move my breakfast items in the fridge to the new room. Though other ladies provided vouchers for free breakfast and they forgot it by asking me to pay when check out… there r so much improvements from customers service perspective!
