About this house rental
The owners of this one story craftsman-style house have extensively renovated it as if they were going to live in it themselves, and in so doing have made this house into a home. The exterior has been re-sided with cedar siding and painted trim in white and green. The front porch has two porch swings on either side, facing each other. Great for sitting and watching the world go by. On the inside the original wood floors are newly restored and each room is trimmed in varnished wood. Some furnishings are the owners' personal collection of antiques. It's the perfect place to get away from all the hustle and bustle and still have the comforts and conveniences of a clean, cozy home.
The location is walking distance to restaurants, a grocery store, laundry mat, and the post office. It's a short distance to Ten Mile Lake access and the county park where one can enjoy boating, fishing, and so much more. Ocean and dunes access is also near. It's the perfect location for those interested in exploring the southern Oregon Coast.
One bedroom has one king-size bed; the 2nd bedroom has two XL twin beds; there is a sofa bed in the living room that makes out into a queen size bed; and if needed we can provide a portable crib/playpen.
The kitchen comes equipped with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, some small appliances, electric stove and oven, and full size refrigerator. The eat-in kitchen has seating for 4 and a high chair if needed.
There is a smart TV and WIFI.
A washer and dryer is available in the utility room right off the kitchen.
There is a gas grill located on the back deck.
There is space in the back yard between a shed and fence for off street parking; accessible through the alley way.

Wonderful place to stay whenever you are in the Lakeside area. Centrally located to all the area has to offer, including walking distance to the lake, restaurants, grocery store, and other businesses. You feel like you are home the minute you walk in the front door, and the front porch is great for enjoying sunsets in the evening or passing the time on a warm day. Perfect for a couple looking to spend some time in the area.

Overall a positive stay. If we would have stayed in the middle of summer, I would not be able to provide positive feedback. No AC in June-August would not work for us. First day arrived to a very stuffy home. Luckily temps cooled to the 50s and open windows/fans made it comfortable. This is the only negative we had to share. Otherwise the place was perfect. Love the liquor store across the street. Thank you.
