The location is perfect, less than 5 minutes walk from the tube station. It was good value for money compared to other places in London. There is also a massive park right outside the door and the room was cleaned and had the minimum required.

Lin gave a very warm welcome upon check in and the room in the house was clean, spacious and cozy too. facilities provided were sufficient, the bathroom was very spacious and clean, noises were kept to a minimum although there were other guests. the house location is a very convenient walk to the tube, which is truly appreciated.
unfortunately the heating was turned off at night so it was a struggle for me as im sensitive to cold temperature and the bed given to me was near the window although I booked the twin room. the showers were also a bit hard to figure out and it took 5-10 minutes for the water to be heated up, so the night showers could get really cold since theres no heating in the toilet too. I was hoping to get a later checkout of 12pm as 10am is quite early after coming back from NYE celebrations, it would've been nice if the circumstances were understood by the host. it is also quite pricy to stay here but that's most likely due to the peak travelling period.

Nothing except location, only a short walk from Harrow station.
The room was very small, mattress was old and bad, carpets were old, weary and smelly, furniture old and there is no TV in the room.
