Location, facilities available, price, quietness.
Not very clean. Floor was very dirty and dusty, bedding had collected this dirt from the floor, sheets had some dust in them and didn’t feel very clean. The venue could do with a good hoover and wipe down.

Nice quiet location, simple access with detailed instructions, good communication, bathroom was really nice and the room was a good size and the shared kitchen was nice with a decent sized fridge and all the facilities you'd expect.
Everything was great apart from the slats in the bed popped out on a couple of occasions so they need looking at.

I try to check in from 5.15pm . when I were they the room is not been clean , try to call the owner , he get back to me just said wait they some one going to clean the rooms ,. that date after I waiting to almost 2 hour , so I get in the room about 7.20 pm .. insure the room was cold , no mirror , not comfortable at all.
