I had booking yesterday. I just parked my car in their parking they said I need to pay £8 I said Oky I’ll move to somewhere in 10min as I did long driver and i had so many bags with me when I just turned up the room the reciptions come up my room and keep knocking the door and asking to move now I said I’m coming just give me a minute but he said now I’m standing here he showing his body language and misbehaving like I stolen something! Very unprofessional and I feel so unsafe and ensecure . I told him i will complain about you but he didn’t care it .

Located a couple of stops from Wembley Stadium this hotel is ideal for events at Wembley. Hotel is no frills but clean and comfortable. Reception staff excellent.
