Really impressed with this hotel & spa. The staff on arrival were super welcoming and happy to show us round. The spa area is small but relaxing. The double room with balcony (room 105) was absolutely beautiful with a gorgeous view of Lake Windermere. Slept really well. Highly recommend this hotel

We went away on our getaway, and when we arrived due to it not being busy they upgraded our room for free to a hot tub room from a cosy double, received a prosecco on arrival and a personable service. They took us on a tour of the hotel and even guided us up to our room to show us how the hot tub worked.
They really made our time away very special and will be booking again next year!

We stayed at Lakes Hotel & Spa to celebrate my partner’s 30th birthday and had an amazing experience. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making the whole stay feel really special. The hotel is beautiful, with a relaxing atmosphere and stunning views.
The spa was a highlight — peaceful, spotless, and perfect for unwinding. Our room was stylish and comfortable, and the food and drinks were excellent. It was the perfect place to celebrate a milestone birthday and we would happily return. Highly recommended.

Zero bath in the room.
Parking £12 a day which is a rip off.
In the room bathroom was on a different floor and very difficult for my disabled wife to navigate spiral stairs ... book with CAUTION ... not a great experience
