Agree with all other reviews, the location was perfect. We had a beautiful room on the top floor in the back that overlooked the cemetery courtyard. Don't be afraid, it was beautiful. Lots of great restaurants nearby and close to main bus stops.

Few outlets in room for phone charger.

Good location. Easy walk to old town and easy access to shops and restaurants. Nice quiet lounge with drink facilities. Chill balconies on back of hotel overlooking church yard.

Reception only available during the day. It was very hot, I needed windows open but it was quite noisy and church bells start very early in morning. (With windows shut this was not an issue)

A charming property close to centre of the old town. Our window overlooked the cemetery used for the Sound of Music - very peaceful and serene. Their sitting room downstairs was beautifully appointed and a wonderful place to unwind and people-watch.

This hotel is not staffed 24/7 so if you have an issue, you need to contact their "sister" hotel down the street. When the tea/coffee facilities broke down, there was no support available. They also don't provide a full continental breakfast, just a tea/coffee and croissant (you have to pay for any extra). We asked for a double room but were given a twin - not really a problem, but not exactly what we were looking for.
