The location
We booked the mirabellplatz with free breakfast with my genius status. We were moved to their sister hotel the pitter l was told that we would be getting free breakfast. I contacted them two days prior to our holiday to verify about the breakfast l had no reply. We got to the hotel had an early check in and an upgrade to a suite which was unnecessary as there was only two of us. I asked about breakfast and showed them the email and l was told breakfast was included. When we got to our room l had a phone call saying they had made a mistake and breakfast wasn’t included they had given us a room upgrade ( unnecessary) and an early check in instead. They admitted they had made a mistake but they said if we wanted breakfast we would have to pay over 400 euros which was ridiculous. If they had replied to my query we would’ve cancelled and gone elsewhere

Everything was wonderful!
I don’t think they offered breakfast (not totally sure), but we found local places to eat which were wonderful.

Central to everything. Beautiful, clean and comfortable room. Reception staff were so friendly and incredibly helpful.

Lighting in the room was not very good. Carpet looks old and not healthy for people with allergies.
