Stayed in the annex which was lovely but personally would have preferred to stay in the main building

Location was great
Our room was so hot and we couldn’t adjust the temperature, reception told us to just open the window.
You wait for so long for a coffee with breakfast, we had finished eating and our coffee still hadn’t arrived.
We were put up on a floor which only access is stairs. No one offered to help me carry my suitcases down. It was very heavy and borderline dangerous.
