A truly beautiful and grand hotel with a rich sense of history. The location is wonderful, making it perfect for enjoying the surroundings.
The bar is exceptional, offering stunning views along with excellent food. I also loved the variety of restaurants and the beautiful decor in each of them—it adds so much character to the experience.
The room was newly renovated, stylish, and very comfortable, with a bed that made it easy to fully relax. The spa is absolutely fantastic and a real highlight of the stay.
We enjoyed every single moment at the hotel. A special mention also goes to the house champagne—simply excellent.

Location perfect. Concierge amazing. Chef was great in breakfast. Other restaurant personnel not so good, little rude. Reception normal.
Very old, money-performance is not good, concierge perfect, spa staff so rude.
