    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is fantastic—conveniently situated near a wide variety of great eateries, exciting activities, and plenty of shopping options, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surroundings. The staff made the experience even better. They were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The room itself was cosy, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged, creating a pleasant and restful atmosphere. Breakfast offered a reasonable spread with enough variety to start the day right. While not overly extensive, it was satisfying and fresh. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. With its excellent location, welcoming staff, and comfortable accommodations, this hotel is definitely a place I would return to.

    It was about 7mins walking from Interlaken Ost station. There was a pantry room located ground floor well equipped with microwave, coffee/tea making. Staffs were polite and helpful, me & my husband highly recommended this hotel.

    We arrived around 9-10am and luckily our room has ready so we can have early check-in. Checking in-out were very smooth and fast. Breakfast was good. Around 5-7mins walking to Interlaken Ost. Nice place to stay for short trip at Interlaken.
