Really good location- close to interlaken West station. Walkable into the centre. Lots of amenities nearby. It had a really hot powerful shower. Owner owns bar across the street and kindly gives you a free coffee voucher to use there.
It was a nightmare to check in, the WiFi was super slow and the tablet thing to check in on wasn’t really working. The rooms are fine, but this is not a boutique hotel, especially for the price. It was basic, small and there weren’t many amenities in the room.

The closet (homemade closet with the pipe) cause it so easy to fell down

The location is perfect
The room was small and cramped and it felt like we were sleeping on a double camp bed. The hotel is more like a hostel with private rooms and bathrooms.
