Perfect location, very comfortable beds, I slept so well! We walked everywhere from the hotel and there is great shopping nearby.
Not enough counter space in bathroom or anywhere to put clothes.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff is attentive and professional.
The property needs cosmetic updating. A fresh coat of paint and some room enhancing. Ask for a corner room. The rooms are small.

Location is great. The room size was better than expected for paris 3 stars hotels
The rooms are tired there’s humidity on the walls and little smelly in the toilet + the heating through a split machine instead of heaters was working only few minutes at a time

Location of the hotel is great, lots of restaurants, grocery stores, brasseries, bakeries, everything you need and metro not too far. The street is quiet.
Staff was friendly.
The room was very small, even in Paris standard. You can barely move around the bed (which is just a double size bed).
It is clean but there is some humidity, ventilation is not great, confirmed by the fact the paints peeling all over the place.
The worst point is that in addition of being very small (bedroom and bathroom), there is a kind of heavy fire protection door right in the middle between the bedroom and the bathroom (with a tiny corridor that looks like an actual corridor you can find outside of the rooms), so you end up strongly pushing or pulling this ugly door every time you enter/leave or just go to the bathroom, first time I see that, and hopefully the last time.
