On my gosh it had amazing views. It was perfect what I wanted. The house is a bit dated but I did not care due to the views. The hot tub and sauna are get to use, we used the large tub the most with the windows open and the ocean breeze. It was central to things north and to the south perfect location. The only real crappy part was our version phones did not work along the strip of 101 the house was located so on arrival I had to go back up and take screen shots of the directions and I had to call customer service for the code. They were great to help... Loosing cell service was awful. Plan ahead!!!. Once we we in the house, the windows and the views were what I paid for. Thank Thank you

The house is gorgeous. The views were gorgeous. The beds were clean and comfortable. The showers and water pressure were great. The supplies in the kitchen were very useful. I am a paraplegic and am very grateful for the chair lift. For that all I give 5 stars. The 4 stars is because the house was VERY dusty. The air vents look like they have fur growing on them.The access to the beach is not an easy access.The location was great, one tends to miss the driveway.
