This two-story aparthotel is perfect for small families traveling together, a large family, and even groups of friends or couples. Upon entering, you'll soon notice the nautical-themed decor of the kitchen and dining area. Surprise your beloved guests with mouth-watering meals prepared in the kitchen, which boasts gorgeous stainless steel appliances, including a full-size fridge, stove, oven, and dishwasher, a coffee maker, microwave, and even a small electric oven. When it's time to eat, you can either enjoy your meals at the dining table right off the kitchen or take them outside to the picnic table on the deck.
Then, when it's time to retreat and rest after a memorable meal, you and your friends can unwind in the living room where a large flatscreen TV with cable and a gas fireplace will be waiting for you all. The first level of this coastal gem also features three bedrooms and one bathroom. All three bedrooms have a flatscreen TV with cable and they share a full bath with a tub/shower combo. Upstairs, a loft-type bedroom with a flatscreen TV, balcony, and en-suite bath with a walk-in shower will be waiting. There are other three bedrooms available that are not connected to the main house and are actually located across the parking lot. All three bedrooms have their own bathroom and a kitchenette.

We had a large group and used all the buildings. There was plenty of room for all 14 of us. Keeping in mind that it’s an older building that gets an incredible amount of use, we felt it fit our needs perfectly and we truly enjoyed ourselves. It’s right across the street from the sea wall and the shops are all right there. We never used our car while we were there. We saw whales from the kitchen and the loft. It’s in the perfect location. Our group had an amazing time and we will return. Thank you

This was a good place for our family reunion - several private bedrooms and bath for multiple couples and a fun room for kids. It was clean and in a great location - within view and sound of the ocean and within walking distance to shops along the main highway. Close to Newport for groceries and other family activities. Allows dogs but no fence and no grass on property - had to walk dog to other areas off property. It sleeps 14 but there is no gathering place for 14 - dining area seats six with four bar stools. The furniture and beds in both house and apartments are showing age, are uncomfortable, and should be replaced, especially for cost of listing. Stains on carpets and furniture are visible and there is a dog smell in the house. It would be nice to be able to connect with the owner - while Vacasa was immediately responsive, it was unfortunately impersonal. Despite these suggestions, the family had a great time and gave the listing a 4 out of 5.

Overall, we enjoyed the property. Not fancy, but comfortable, liked the hot tub and the crows nest upstairs bedroom with private bath and a nice view.
I don’t wanna come across too picky so the only negative I will mention came down to customer service. Check-in should’ve been 4 PM per the contract but it almost the last minute. I was notified that that would not be 6 PM due to delay with the cleaners. Since there wasn’t much I could do to fix that. I requested late check out on the day of departure – denied! I feel that there should’ve been some kind of compensation whether discount or just extend the hours on the end. I thought that was a no-brainer.
