House was clean. Could use some updates - had some cosmetic issues. Pathway to beach was awesome and we enjoyed it the most

Fun layout with many levels and rooms. We had very limited view of ocean and access to beach was not possible for seniors or anyone with disabilities. Adult kids were disappointed there were no foosball balls. The hot tub was nice.

The house is great, but the downstairs bedroom door locks from the inside. Other than that is was an amazing experience!
