This sizable cozy home gazes at the Pacific Ocean and is just a stone throw away from the local sandy beach. Amazing view of the ocean from the house. It was raining the whole time so we didn’t use the hot tub, but I’m sure it would have been great. Single level house, which was great.

We were really looking forward to expanding our group into this neighboring property. Having had wonderful repeated stays at the neighboring property, it seemed to be ideal. Unfortunately, the previous guests left an odor that could not be removed by secondary cleaning. We would gladly try again if the plumbing fumes issue was resolved. Richard has two potentially ideal properties to enjoy and the location and beach access can’t be beat.
