The location is fantastic, just steps from the Grand Canal and Rialto Bridge. Even though you are so close, it was quiet in the evening. We arrived after 3pm but had clear instructions and video to gain entry. The room is spacious, the bathroom is new and modern with a walk-in shower. There was complimentary slippers, eyemasks and earplugs (we didn't need the latter two). The curtains are net but the light in the morning did not bother us. The apartment has a communal kitchen and the rooms are close together but we didn't hear anyone save for a door opening once. An absolutely wonderful location find and clean, modern room.

The location was good. While it isn't directly on the water, it's just around the corner.
It's a pretty noisy area. But they do provide you with ear plugs.

Friendly helpful staff. Very close to Grand Canal and boat transortation. Yet, away from noisy crowds. Great location. Modern bathroom and shower. Comfortable king bed. Great value for Venice.
No elevator however, room 1 was one floor above ground level.
