Palacios Rooms

The room was tidy and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The place was well connected with the public transport and close to the shops. The cleaning personnel were nice and gentle.

We had multiple issues with the toilet flush not working and the management was difficult to reach. In any case the issue was sorted.

i liked the location of the apartments — there’s a bus stop nearby and many inexpensive places to eat. simple check-in, the room was clean. i found it cute that they left two candies on the bedside table. the bed was quite large for such a small room

this room is literally a synonym for the phrase ‘minimal comfort’. it’s neither good nor bad — it’s simply suitable for 1–2 nights and justifies the price the guest pays. the room is very small, basically just a bed and a toilet, with no space to move around. you can always hear when someone walks in the corridor because the rooms are very close to each other, but overall i didn’t hear my neighbors. i didn’t really like that i never saw any staff members except the cleaners, although the messages say that staff are available in the apartments, if i’m not mistaken, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. (i don’t remember exactly). i didn’t have any questions — i just felt it was worth mentioning

Good communication before check-in, nice and clean and as described.

The bathroom is so tiny I had to leave the room to open the shower door, and it's expensive for a small self check-in room without hotel facilities.
