Staff is very responsive to assist the online checkin. For visitors who are booking via Agoda, pls contact Viu via the WhatsApp’s in their website to do the checkin as Agoda removed all URL from the message that the property sent which causes a lot of inconveniences for us

Only minor details spoil the overall very good impression. Although it is generally clean, finding hair in the bathroom and on one towel doesn't help. However I have to say that except this item was really clean.
For God's shake, put a bottle of water in the fridge for the customers, it's only 0.70 euros. We arrived at 3.00 in the morning and we didn't feel safe to drink tap water. Everything was closed at a rapid off 1km at least and it was really irritating. Please put a bottle of water! The location is really good and the only thing missing would be a safety deposit. The amount of toilet paper and shampoos should be more in my opinion. Overall we were satisfied.

The pictures are not a good reflection of the property. The shower was excellent (great pressure and heat), but the bed was quite uncomfortable.
The room layout was what we expected and the fridge, kitchen etc was helpful. But the place felt cheap and not too nice. The walls were paper thin and could hear very loud guests in the stairwell every day and night.
