The staff couldn’t do enough for you. So helpful. The hotel is in a close location to everything. The rooms are comfortable and so are the beds! The breakfast is plentiful and worth paying for if it’s not included in your package. Gluten free items, oat milk if that’s your preference and a fresh orange machine. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. We would return if we were visiting Valancia again .

Staff were very warm and welcoming on reception at both check in and departure. Very helpful in every way. Room was easy to sleep in and noise was absent. Location was excellent!
Not much- if I’m being very picky- an iron in room would be great and maybe a better hairdryer but honestly- that’s being very picky.

As I visited family in Valencia, the location couldn't have been better. The room was well-appointed, and it was spacious enough for bags, the dog, and the dog bed, etc., without feeling cluttered.
Despite claiming it was pet-friendly, the dog wasn't allowed in the restaurant (completely understandable), but there was no seating offered anywhere else. Leaving the dog in the room was not possible - he would have howled and woken other guests. The staff offered no solutions and made it VERY clear they didn't care. Needless to say, we left early.
