We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city on the main square, making it super easy to reach from the airport and within walking distance to everything. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as we preferred to eat out, but everything else was absolutely flawless.
There is honestly nothing to complain about, everything exceeded our expectations.

Great location, right in the center of everything. Clean and comfy room. Friendly and welcoming staff. Good selection of buffet breakfast. Free lockers for luggage storage. A range of equipment for loan (e.g. iron, adapters, printers) which was super helpful. An easy 6 minutes' walk to the Estacion de Nord for catching a train to other cities. Great value for money overall for a budget hotel !

The location was central, the hotel was quite clean overall, and the staff was friendly.
The window faced a dark shaft, so whenever I wanted to go out, I checked the weather and city cameras since it wasn’t possible to see outside.
