To be honest, I had read some negative reviews beforehand, so I arrived feeling a bit worried. However, from the very first moment I messaged the property, the communication was attentive and helpful.
When I arrived, I was greeted by a man who was incredibly kind and allowed us to leave our luggage until the place was ready. When we returned, everything was perfectly clean. The kitchen was well equipped, the mattress was very comfortable, the heating worked well, the sheets were soft, and the hot water worked perfectly. There was also shower gel and extra toilet paper provided.
From the breakfast area we could see the mountains, which was beautiful. The location was also very convenient — close to the train station and with two supermarkets nearby.
Honestly, I have nothing to complain about. Everything was excellent. Thank you very much!

We were offered the full apartment, which has two bedrooms, one living room with an additional bed, and a perfect kitchen fully equipped with everything—plates, forks, spoons, pans, casseroles, etc. Also it is just 5-7mins walk to Interlaken West train station so the location is really perfect.
Slow wifi connection but I have a mobile internet connection so its not a big issue for me

The reservation was value for money. Check in was smooth. It had plenty of space.
The owner was very unprofessional. S/He didn't respond in time. After check-in, we asked about our interlaken guest cards - which allows for free public transport in Interlaken. The moment we asked about it, s/he blocked us on WhatsApp. We tried reaching via other whatsapp account, s/he blocked that too. Tried standard calling from different numbers, he didn't pick up the call. We were lucky not to have any other problem at the property. If we had then there was no way to reach the owner.
To all the future residents, please ask for interlaken guest card before your arrival at the property. You are entitled for it, once you pay the city tax - which probably is included in your reservation amount.
