About this apartment rental
Delightful apartment just a stone's throw from Piazza Italia and the major attractions of the city. Just renovated, bright and tastefully furnished. The accommodation consists of a large bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a small desk, a bathroom and a kitchen with a dishwasher and finally a nice table around which to enjoy a nice plate of Italian spaghetti.
Kettle to prepare sweet herbal teas, tea and coffee always available.
In the pedestrian area near minimetro and bus stop.

Ideal location just minutes away from Via Vanucci. Impressed with every small attention to a guest's experience. Internet wasn't working for the first few days but was corrected by end of our stay. Guests over 6 feet should be aware of a sloped ceiling in the bathroom and a smallish tub. Also note the 57 steps up to the apartment. None of that trouble us in the least!

Very nice place, in the historic center, near to everything. The guests are very nice.Patricia, Stephano and Sofia helped us a lot.they are great. We feel comfortable and secure. The bulding was in renovation, they install an elevator, we heard no noise from the workers. The room is filed with everything you need, is like to be at home. Only low point the bathroom is on the second floor of the appartement and the ceilling is very low, so it's a bit complicated to take a shower, but you can take a bath. I would not recommend this place for disable people since the room and the bathroom is on the second floor . We take the parking 6 level below the historic center it was easy and secure

Beautiful, newly renovated and well appointed apartment in the heart of old town Perugia. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Note: it's a 4 story walk up, and bedroom/bathroom is on 5th floor. You also have to sit to shower and you will hit your head in the bathroom. Aside from that, great experience!
