kevin is lovely and very helpful. The breakfasts were as good as past visitors have said. The buildings and the rooms are very characterful and its not a long walk to town.
to my preference the room was slightly too cold and when we did get it warm it didnt retain heat well but in fairness may not be an issue for other people.

Kevin was an excellent host. He met us at the door. He was lovely to talk to. The location was great to get to downtown Hobart with busses going either direction close by.
The room we were in felt like an add on room. Very dark and not entirely clean. Glasses and countertops were not clean. The toilet was not fully cleaned. Electrical fittings are not well done. The room was not what it looked like in the advertisement.
