The convenience of the location. It was close to everything we needed.
There was no coffee sachets in the room, there is a self serve cupboard that was accessible, however that had no coffee either. It was a really cold weekend, a cup of coffee would have been great.

Location was exceptionally close to Salamanca and beautiful parks. Clean bathroom and bed.
Being celiac a microwave would have been appreciated.

Very comfortable bed, good shower experience
Most towel rails had been broken off - cracked bathroom window room was at the top of a flight of stairs surrounded by a glasshouse affair that left it stiflingly hot - no aircon - room smelled badly of bleach
