Dormio Resort Maastricht

We liked the resort, the surroundings, the “village vibe”. The breakfast was very nice, the staff was super friendly. The apartman was really perfect for our getaway: own terrace, kitchen etc.

We were puzzled by the fact that even though amenities were included we had to buy our own toilet paper (only 1 per toilet was included which was not enough). There were no sponge, dish soap for cleaning. It was not clear for us at all that we would have to bring these things. It seemed that everything was included.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dormio Resort Maastricht. The property was peaceful, clean, and very family-friendly. The houses were spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, especially the kitchen and living area. The surroundings were beautiful and relaxing, with a nice atmosphere for walking and spending quality time with family. The staff were helpful and welcoming, and the location was convenient — close enough to Maastricht city centre while still feeling calm and quiet. The resort facilities, including the pool and small supermarket/bakery, were also very useful during the stay. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we would happily stay there again.

We did not have any major complaints about the property. Overall, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Have a lot of trees makes you close to the nature.

the place was quiet and peaceful for most of the stay, but the last two days of our stay many of our neighbors were partying. with loud music from around 8 till later than 12 pm

When we arrived no one from the reception accompanied us to our villa, we had to go alone and try to explore the way and the villa and everything our self. No phone in the villa, so if we needed any assistance we had to take the 5 minutes walk from our villa to enquire. Due to the lack of help from the reception upon arrival with no tour, we faced some difficulties in using the oven, and the kitchen supplies. The place is not clean, the villas are dirty when we arrived, and when we told them to check the cleanliness they came and did not improve any thing. The people at bakery are not friendly, and blunt. The super market snd bakery close too early at 8 pm.
