First off, the location of this hotel is awesome. It's not too far a walk from the train station - though the cobbles in Maastricht are something to be reckoned with and something your luggage may have a tough time handling - and you're literally a 5 to 10 minute walk to the central areas of the city, various tourist sites, and the parks nearby. You're surrounded by restaurants and the views from the hotel out over the river are lovely. This place is all about location, but the rooms here are clean, comfortable, and have everything you could possibly need - a lovely shower to wash off the day and a place to lay your weary bones after doing some exploring. The staff have been very helpful too.
There hasn't been anything that's bothered me here. If you're after a luxury stay, then this might not be the place for you. If you just need a quiet place to rest between seeing the sights, or maybe need a quiet place to do some work while visiting, this place is great.

Location was accessible and bed was so comfortable and good.
there is no kettle to heat water and no facility of water to drink in the room and basic arragements of coffee/tea bags of refreshment.
