The home owners are very kind, and easy to contact. The house has a swimming pool and is 1 minute walking away from a beautifull beach. You can very easy get a uber to go to Dubrovnik old town, or if you have an own car, parking space is next to the house.

Vesna was very friendly and helpful, and despite a language barrier, her husband (who came to clean the pool in the mornings) was also lovely. We really enjoyed the pool and the proximity to a secluded beach, and appreciated that there were already some supplies available in the kitchen when we arrived. It was a great getaway for us - nice to be close enough to the city to go in whenever for food, activities, etc, but also a bit outside to enjoy some more calm.
If you don't have a car, be prepared to uber to the grocery store! There's not one in walking distance. Vesna recommended a larger grocery store with better prices than the ones in the center, and we did a big shop at the start, so that worked out fine for us.

The hosts were friendly and so helpful. Excellent house for 12 of us. The view was beautiful.
It is quite a distance from Dubrovnik old town and we spent a lot on Ubers and taxis but the pro is that Lozica is a quiet village so you can get away from the noise & hustle of the busier areas.

Good facilities but pool was empty and had to ask for key to the bbq area
Had to pay more than quoted on booking. Owners showed up everyday and attended to things in the locked up areas of the property. Pool was empty which wasn’t stated in booking process
