Very near to town via a short bus ride. There's a nice bakery nearby and a few supermarkets so the location is great. Apartment is clean and comfortable and well equipped.

Location is convenient, there are a bakery, Chinese restaurant and a shopping mall nearby. Spacious underground parking, elevator to the room floor, no stairs at all.

Heated bathroom flooring. Comfortable and clean beds.
Every basic you need are provided for.
The cooking pans are in terrible condition. Full of scratches. Please throw it away. I shd have taken photos. Not just for my rooms but also other rooms too.
