We loved that everything was brand new, that the kitchen was well stocked, that we had a balcony, a view of the hillside, and a great location. We could walk to the apartment from the pier, and it was next to a bus stop to the old town. It had a washer which was great as well.

Great location in the city and there is a bus stop going to the old town. Easy pick up for day tours.
Would be good if there is water purifiers as there are particles from the tap water.

Very near to town via a short bus ride. There's a nice bakery nearby and a few supermarkets so the location is great. Apartment is clean and comfortable and well equipped.
