I was easily able to access lock box to get the key late at night when I arrived. House had everything i needed. Had a problem with shower one day and after a quick call someone came and fixed it the same day.
Bed is a bit saggy but I've had worse. Heating was off when I arrived and it was freezing at first. Would have been good to have the place warmed up a bit before I arrived. Could have been bit cheaper for out of season booking

Great flat and location (nothing wrong with that).
My reason for not wanting to book again is the company you book through. Even before the check in we had issues. Booking.com gave the option to pay on arrival but Quay living took a payment 5 days before anyway and when I phoned them they said it wasn’t possible to pay on arrival. You also get so many emails before the check in needing to provide proof of address etc. There is also an extra fee of £6 per person staying that you need to pay or leave a deposit of £200.
We also had an incident with my parents forgetting their passports in the flat (totally on them ofc) but Quay living was not helpful at all even though my
mum called crying on the phone several times. They told us they had looked and cleaned the flat for 4 hours and there was no passports. They would go in again and check and call after but we never received a call back. I phoned their emergency number and got a call back the day after. The passports was ofc in the flat (as we knew and they obviously did not check even though they said they had. My parents had to go to London to the embassy, spending a lot of money for new temporary passports since we weren’t allowed in to check in time. A simple mistake from our side that just wasn’t treated very nice by the company unfortunately.
