This is a nice flat with all the necessary basics for a weekend stay. The location is unbeatable considering it comes with dedicated free parking yet it is a 2 minute walk from Poole Quay and High Street. There is no free street parking for miles so this is a big plus. The hosts gave clear instructions to check in. The bedrooms were a decent size with good mattresses. Electric shower worked great. The living room diner was a good size and pleasant to sit in. The block was relatively quiet at night. The area looks a bit run down but is 100% safe at night.
So as per other reviews the decor is a bit tired, the bathroom is quite basic, the heating system is old, etc. That's what you get or worse in the 3 star hotels down on bournemouth waterfront that are a lot more expensive! So not an issue for us.
Only points to flag were that the kitchen sink drains very slowly , the tv remote needs fresh batteries, the bulb of the standing lamp is blown and the bathtub needs a non slip mat.

The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable.
The apartment could do with some updating, the TV is on its way out, the kitchen sink was a little blocked. There was a strange smell on entering the property and the lock on the main door is not working properly. Parking was included but on arrival there was only one space between two huge white vans that didn’t leave enough space to get out of the car, so I parked on the street initially.
