Very clean comfortable not bad location
We had a damp smell coming from the bathroom it was there from the time we let ourselves in untill we left which I found very unpleasant and unhealthy . Also I found the rise and drop in the corridors at each door difficult White lines should make people aware

Really lovely apartment, well equipped, spotlessly clean, centrally located & efficiently managed by Quay Holidays
Only downside was due to the central location it was noisy with the windows open but that is to be expected. Internally there was very little noise that could be heard from neighbouring apartments.

Nice layout, nice decoration, and in a good location handy to walk to the Quay and shops. It had very comfortable beds and it was great to have a free parking space. When we needed assistance Quay Holidays we’re quick to help. Unfortunately it needed a fair bit of attention to be worthy of its high reviews.
1. Damp, smelly bathroom
2. Silver fishes in bathroom
3. Apartment was dirty on arrival but Quay did send a cleaner immediately
4. Damp drainage smell permeated into the main bedroom wardrobe
5. The grouting was almost non existent in the bathroom floor tiles so they wobbled about and I think were dangerous to walk on.
6. The bedrooms were small and got very warm at night if you shut the doors. Could benefit from air conditioning.
7. Washing machine drum banged so loud we thought it was going to explode
8. We found empty vodka bottles under the bed.
9. I moved the net curtains in the bedroom and the curtain pole fell apart.
10. Shower was a dribble, and the bath plug Turner had come away from the bath so we couldn’t get the plug out.
11. Balcony was dirty and the patio doors didn’t close properly.
12. The toilet was hard to flush.. you had to keep pumping the button down to get any kind of flush, and then it wasn’t very good.
