Lovely balcony. There was plenty of space
Clean and comfortable. Towels a good size.
All clear instructions on how to find the property, front door, lock box etc
Light in the communal hallway doesn't come on until you quite dar down, making it tricky to see.

Perfectly located for Poole Marina. Amenities and restaurant right on the doorstep. Tree lined street and very convenient secured parking. Wasn’t at all noisy at while’s we were there. all you need for a short stay.
Pretty good all round. Possible improvements: shaving mirror or additional lighting. Extractor fan not working added to shaving difficulty.
Small microwave would be ideal for short stays.

Lovely little apartment, great location, very clean and maintained to a high standard.
The bed. As mentioned by many people it seems, it’s pretty creaky. Not uncomfortable as such, but if someone rolls over then you’re both awake.
Also - no coffee machine, which I find odd as even hotel rooms have them now.

The bed desperately needs changing as very noisy(this has been mentioned in other reviews). A mirror needs putting up as no where to get ready.
Very noisy at night as opposite to taxi rank.
