From check in to check out we have an incredible stay for my birthday. The hospitality was incredible, every single member of staff made our stay so memorable and enjoyable. We really appreciate the attentiveness and effort of all the staff. Management should be really proud of their team. We also did the Saturday brunch, the food selection and quality was incredible. They even offered daily ironing which really helped us. Check our staff graciously extended our check out time so we could enjoy the beach on our last day and have a stress free exit. My stay at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi started with mixed feelings. As someone who travels extensively and has high standards when it comes to hospitality, I have to say that the arrival experience is the one area that could be improved. First impressions matter immensely, and during check-in, I felt there was a lack of guidance and personal attention at first—especially for a first-time guest. A warmer, more proactive welcome would make a significant difference and would better reflect the level of excellence this property is known for. That being said, everything that followed was simply exceptional! From that moment onward, the service was consistently attentive, refined, and genuinely thoughtful. Whether through concierge, room service, reception, or the butler service, every request was handled efficiently, professionally, and with sincere care. A very special mention to Isra, who handled my check-in with remarkable professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine consideration for my needs. He truly turned my first impression around and embodied the level of service one expects from a property of this caliber. Another heartfelt thank you to Sandia, who welcomed me at the hotel bar with warmth, and outstanding professionalism. She took the time to explain benefits I wasn’t even aware I had with my Marriott account which allowed me to discount on my drinks. I would otherwise have missed. Also, a special thank you to Leazi-Rae for kindly offering me a late check-out, a gesture that was greatly appreciated. The beach staff also deserves recognition—extremely attentive, discreet, and polished, contributing to an atmosphere of effortless luxury throughout the stay. And finally the breakfast was really really taste! I would gladly return!

The hotel location was easy to reach The room was so nice and clean with nice view bed was so comfy breakfast was so good staff was very helpful and friendly

I have arrived the hotel by 12:30 for an early chick in as bride family ، there was no valet parking and the staff asked me to park my car in the hotel basement parkings there was long queue waiting to check in and only one person at the front desk to serve the guests i got my room by 1:40 and my sister got her room by 4:30 after the wedding finished the staff asked the wedding guest to go to basement parkings to take the car as there is no valet service after midnight
