Traders Hotel, Abu Dhabi

I had a pleasant stay overall. The reception staff were very good, friendly, and welcoming. The restaurant was also good, with nice food and service. However, the housekeeping staff were quite rude at times, which affected the experience. The beach had a lot of dirt and could be cleaner. Despite these issues, the hotel itself is good and comfortable.

Staff: The staff at Trades truly made my experience unforgettable. Their friendliness and attentiveness set the tone for my entire visit. They were always ready with helpful suggestions for local attractions and dining options, and they went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. It’s evident that the team is well-trained and genuinely cares about their guests. Special shout-out to Sarah at the front desk, whose cheerful demeanor and personalized service made me feel right at home. Room: The room itself was nothing short of splendid. I stayed in a this amazing room that was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated with a modern yet cozy aesthetic. The plush bed was a dream to sleep in, offering the perfect blend of comfort and support. I also appreciated the little amenities like complimentary bottled water, a well-stocked coffee station, and high-quality toiletries. One of the highlights of my room was the large window that offered a picturesque view of the surrounding gardens and the sea as well– sipping my morning coffee there was a serene way to start the day. The soundproofing was another plus; I enjoyed a peaceful night’s sleep without any disturbances from the corridor or outside. Overall Experience: Traders is an oasis of comfort and relaxation. Coupled with its dedicated staff and pristine rooms, it made for a truly memorable stay. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this hotel provides everything you could need for a restful getaway. I will definitely be returning to Serenity Springs Inn on my next trip, and I can’t wait to see the lovely staff again!

I will start from positive: Good staff, clean rooms. That’s all. I booked this hotel because of fabulous review, but I can’t give it 4*. Room yes clean, but no kettle. Even in 3star hotel they have a kettle in the room and if you want just hot water or tea you have to pay for it 23 aed. It’s overpriced. Beach is very small, water is also not clean. Location is far away from the city center. I spend more for taxi. Better to add 100 aed and stay in 5* hotel inside city.
