    It was amazing stay at the Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi. We have enjoyed our stay. All facilities such gym, pool, food, room is so clean...etc. Thanks to frobt desck too specially to Moe who was so nice to us during check in and upgraded our room, but in reality her positive attitude switched us to begin our stay with happiness.

    ear Rixos Hotel Team, Thank you very much for your excellent service and warm hospitality. Overall, the experience was wonderful, and we truly appreciate your efforts. However, I would like to share a concern regarding the room temperature. The room became quite hot after 11 PM, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. As I have a sensitivity to heat, this affected me quite a lot. This stay was also a special occasion for us, as we were celebrating a birthday and were really looking forward to enjoying this memorable time. Unfortunately, this issue impacted our comfort during such an important moment. I would also like to mention that I truly like your hotel and would love to continue staying with you in the future, as well as recommend it to my family and friends. Therefore, I trust you will take this feedback into consideration in a way that reflects your commitment to guest satisfaction.     The bed was quite uncomfortable and caused back pain, which made it difficult to rest properly. In the mornings, there was a strong unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, likely due to the piping. Additionally, the staff could improve on hospitality, as the service did not feel very welcoming. Overall, my experience was not up to expectations and I believe these areas need improvement
