Nice clean hotel walking distance from the train station. Very nice meal in the restaurant especially the tiramasu which was to die for.

The hotel was above my expectations - everything was in good order, the room was very clean, the staff was very helpful, and the breakfast matched my taste. There was even home-made tiramisu one day ^_^ Thank you for a lovely stay!
There is a bus stop nearby and it takes 10 min to get to Venice, though buses do not always follow the time schedule.
The walls seem very thin so it's possible to hear what people say in another room. Fortunately there were only few guests, so it was not a big issue for me personally.

The location is very good for tourists, especially if you are in Venice for the first time, or you don't have much time to spend there. There is a bus stop 50 meters from the hotel that goes to the city centre.

Everything about our stay was great — comfortable rooms, good location, and helpful staff.
The shower head was broken — the hose and head needed replacing. A simple fix that would have made the stay perfect.
