This exeptional villa is on a perfect location if you want to stay outside of Venice but still very near. The friendly staff that greets you on the reception and throught the Villa is something we will remember and definately will return.

Great place to stay at! Our room included a small garden that we really liked, especially since you could walk out into the big garden / pool area through a small green "labirinth". We loved the breakfast, restaurant, room, everything was great. Staff was INCREDIBLY polite and helpful at anytime of day / night. Train station is a short 20 minute walk away from the hotel, and from there only 15 minutes to Venice.

Me and my friends couldn’t stay longer as we had to go back, but if we could we stay there forever.

The first floor frescoes are amazing. You do not need to stay just to see them.
Breakfast was just OK.
Room was nice with most trimmings.
A two stars rated four stars.
The maintenance is poor. The TV did not work. The king size bed had two mattresses that opened in the middle and effectively ruin the sleep.
Breakfast was missing prosciutto. The scrambled eggs were placed at 6.40 am and were cold by 7 am. They charge you extra if you ask for fried eggs. Orange juice is chemical, not natural. They take 10 or more minutes to make and serve any coffee and it is always luke warm.
You can't take the elevator to your floor because it stops in the middle and you need to shlep your luggage up-down stairs with no help.
The hotel is a two stars service.
