The Venice Apartments San Samuele located in the heart of Venice just 10 minutes walk from San Marco, in the quiet and elegant area of San Samuele, a few steps from the Palazzo Grassi exhibition center and Campo Santo Stefano, offers comfortable accommodation with a TV screen flat and free wifi. Recently restored with air conditioning and heating with independent controls.
The apartment is very bright and quiet and has a courtyard outside with a table, chairs and umbrella.
It consists of a double bedroom, a living room (with sofa bed, television and dining table), a kitchen complete with everything (dishwasher, fridge, frezeer, microwave oven, kettle, utensils) and a bathroom with shower, washing machine, hairdryer and courtesy products (shower gel, shampoo, cap and hand soap).

Owner does not use VRBO for payments and instead uses some third party-software that does not work very well. Paying was a painful process involving many communications with the owner to get it finally done. Another learning is to seek an arrival point for the water taxi that is close to the apartment with the fewest bridges with their stair as possible with luggage. The best is St. Samuel, which has no bridges. The apartment itself is fine and the location is good. The owners attitude is oc one who has been renting the apartments (4) for a little too long and mostly just wants get the job done. Don't expect a warm welcome.

La Corte apartment is wonderful. Just enough small expected things to get you by for a few days like laundry soap, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. And a really nice private courtyard to lounge in, sip wine, or just relax… made our evenings. Can’t go wrong.

The apartment was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Venice. Was on the first floor and the location was terrific. Had a private patio which was sweet. Can't say enough good things about it! HIGHLY recommend!

The apartment itself was very clean and nice! Great location and close to most major sites while still being in a quieter area when you're ready to call it a day.
Irene met us at the bus stop and guided us to the apartment. She speaks great English and answered any questions I had very quickly. Very responsive and made our stay very easy and enjoyable!
