The receptionist did an excellent job to go and beyond our request to have a warmer room and make sure we can get inside because we do not have wifi nor our data is working at that time.
The room is colder despite putting high the temperature it is still so cold

The breakfast was very good, and for anyone using the main train station or just wanting to be in the centre of things, the location is hard to beat.
All the doors are operated by a digital key on your phone. I discovered that my UK data plan doesn't allow roaming outside the EU. If you don't live in Switzerland, it's a good idea to check your data plan before you book a room here.
